Shopify ↔ MYOB

InSyncer keeps Shopify and your MYOB system in step, so stock, orders, customers, and product data move between them without CSV exports.

InSyncer runs as a Shopify app. It connects your store to MYOB Exo, MYOB Acumatica, or MYOB AccountRight, and syncs continuously in the background.

Typical flows:

  • Shopify orders create sales orders in MYOB
  • MYOB stock levels update Shopify inventory
  • MYOB stock items create and update Shopify products
  • Customer and debtor records stay aligned between both systems

  1. A Shopify store you are the owner or staff admin of, with the InSyncer app installed.
  2. MYOB credentials for your ERP. For Exo that is a MYOB Exo API username, password, and API token — see Exo connection requirements.
  3. Matching item codes. Every product you want to sync needs the same code on both sides. In Exo that means the Shopify variant SKU equals the Exo stock code.

There is no configuration file to write. Everything is set per store in the InSyncer app’s settings, and every option in these docs is named by its settings key — for example inventory_sync_enabled or salesorder.customer_order_number_prefix — so you can search for it.

Settings are grouped by area: general, product, inventory, pricing, orders, customers, B2B, and invoices.
