InSyncer for MYOB AccountRight

InSyncer for MYOB AccountRight connects a Shopify store to MYOB AccountRight. It is the connector to use when AccountRight is the system of record for invoicing, stock, and customer accounts.

• Run MYOB AccountRight as your accounting system
• Sell on Shopify (or a Shopify Plus store)
• Need orders, stock, and customer records to stay in sync without CSV exports

What syncs

Connection requirements

You need:

1. An AccountRight company file the connector can reach, either via AccountRight Live or a hosted file
2. A Shopify custom app with Admin API access
3. A mapped item number for every product you want to sync

Map item numbers before go-live

Stock and order lines only match when the Shopify variant SKU equals the AccountRight item number. Unmapped items are skipped and logged.

Suggested rollout

1. Connect AccountRight in a test company file.
2. Enable stock sync in report-only mode.
3. Turn on order push for a single Shopify location.
4. Go live, then add customer and product sync.
